Larry & Kelsey
A Pastor and a Pelvic Health Therapist Walk Into a Marriage…
Larry and Kelsey met almost 20 years ago at a discipleship school in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. It was intrigue at first sight. We quickly became best friends as we discussed deep topics while battling one another in “sword fights” with the drink stoppers from a local coffee shop. Our mutual quirkiness paired with similar desires to go out and change the world for good proved to be the right combination to shift from friendship to love.
Larry is a pastor, spiritual counselor, and Christian leadership consultant.
Kelsey is a pelvic health occupational therapist, sex counselor, and educator.
Larry
Alongside serving as a pastor for over 15 years, Larry is also a creative director and leadership consultant. He’s passionate about helping people connect biblical wisdom to everyday life — not just from the pulpit, but through design, storytelling, and teaching. His pastoral experience gives him a deep understanding of the questions couples bring into marriage, while his creative background helps him communicate complex topics in ways that actually stick.
Kelsey
Kelsey is an occupational therapist with over a decade of experience, specializing in pelvic health and maternal wellness. She’s trained pelvic health leaders globally, help change local and national women's health policies, and co-founded a national summit for pelvic health professionals — but at the heart of it, she loves helping couples navigate intimacy with evidence-based, shame-free tools. Her unique mix of clinical expertise and compassionate coaching makes her a trusted guide for couples who want practical, whole-person approaches to intimacy.
Workshops for Churches, Small Groups, and Retreats
Whether it’s a marriage retreat, a church seminar, or a small group study, our workshops create a safe, engaging space for couples to grow in intimacy without shame.
We combine biblical truth (Larry) and evidence-based sexual health (Kelsey) to help couples:
Build deeper emotional and physical connection
Communicate openly about sensitive topics
Replace harmful stereotypes with relatable, practical tools
Workshops can be delivered in-person or online and are tailored for your group’s unique needs.
Ready to host a workshop?
Real conversations about faith, relationships, and intimacy — without the shame, clichés, or awkward silence.
Join Larry (the pastor) and Kelsey (the pelvic health OT) as we tackle the questions couples are really asking:
How do we build intimacy that lasts beyond the honeymoon phase?
What does the Bible actually say (and not say) about sex?
How do we talk about sensitive topics without shutting down or blowing up?
Each episode blends biblical wisdom, evidence-based insight, and honest stories to help you and your spouse connect in mind, body, and soul.
Sometimes you need more than a podcast episode or a workshop — you need a safe, private space to ask questions and get guidance tailored to your relationship.
Our coaching sessions are designed to help you and your spouse:
Navigate sensitive topics without shame
Build intimacy that feels authentic, not forced
Practice practical tools for connection in everyday life
We don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all advice. Coaching is about meeting you where you are and walking with you toward the intimacy you desire — mind, body, and soul.
Interested in coaching with us?
You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers.
Our resources are designed primarily for married couples, but singles and those preparing for marriage often find them just as helpful. We focus on building intimacy that’s biblical, evidence-based, and practical for real life.
Coaching sessions are private, one-on-one (or couple) conversations. You’ll contact us to set up an online session. Each session is confidential and tailored to your needs. Important note: Coaching sessions are NOT medical advice and are NOT marriage therapy.
Yes! We can come to your church, retreat, or group in person, or we can deliver the same workshop virtually via Zoom.
You’re not alone — most couples feel this way at first. Our approach is gentle, respectful, and practical. You set the pace, and we’ll meet you where you are.
Larry serves as a pastor and creative director, and Kelsey is a licensed occupational therapist with training in mental health, trauma-informed care, and sex counseling. Together we bring biblical wisdom and clinical expertise, but we are not offering therapy or medical treatment. Our focus is education, coaching, and equipping couples with practical tools.
Therapy is designed to diagnose and treat mental health conditions, often focusing on past wounds or clinical concerns. Coaching, on the other hand, is about equipping you with tools and guidance for where you are right now and where you want to go.
In our coaching, we don’t diagnose or provide medical treatment. Instead, we focus on helping you build intimacy in practical, shame-free ways — combining biblical wisdom, evidence-based strategies, and compassionate support. Think of it as a safe space to learn, grow, and practice healthier connection, not a replacement for mental health care.
